If you don't write down a great idea when you think of it, you probably won't remember it when you have a chance to act on it.
It's a great way to get used to not caring about judgment from others around you when you shouldn't. When you're not afraid to practice things due to fear of judgment, you can attain success that used to feel out of reach!
